Nagorik is a centralized digital platform developed by Systems Integration Limited (SIL) in partnership with Teletalk Bangladesh Limited. It provides secure and real-time verification of academic credentials, including SSC and HSC results, for educational institutions, employers, and government agencies.

How It Works

Nagorik provides secure, real-time academic verification through a structured process that ensures accuracy, fraud prevention, and efficient data handling.

User Registration & Access

  • Users (students) can access Nagorik via mobile app or web portal
  • Registration requires NID or Birth Certificate for identity validation.
  • Credentials are securely encrypted and stored on the Nagorik Application & Database Server.

Data Verification & Authentication

  • Submitted data is cross-checked with Board Servers via a secure VPN connection.
  • The system retrieves and validates academic records in real time using encrypted API requests.
  • Data verification follows Nagorik authentication protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

Admin & Institutional Access

  • Universities and employers access verified records through designated login credentials.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures that only authorized personnel can view specific data.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to the access process.
     
     

Security & Result Retrieval

  • Firewall protection prevents cyber threats, unauthorised access, and data breaches.
  • Verified results are displayed under three statuses:
  • -  Verified – Matches board records
  • -  Unverified – Discrepancy found; correct result shown
  • -  Declined – Verification failed due to technical issues
  • All verification data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption and can be exported in multiple formats (PDF, CSV, etc.).
